Our products are crafted in Italy by master artisans. Each process was carried out with great care, to ensure the best quality.
Each individual item may present minor irregularities given its handmade nature, making it unique.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payments: we accept most credit cards. Contact sales@agustinabottoni.com if you require assistance or different payment method.
Orders for in-stock products are shipped within 4-10 business days from our studio in Milan, Italy.
If you opt for a made-to-order piece, you will be notified of the lead time.
Our shipments are packed with great care to ensure a safe arrival to their destination. We also use recyclable packaging materials in order to reduce our environmental impact.
We calculate shipping rates according to the number of items in your order and your delivery address. Our courier is DHL, who provides excellent service in most countries around the globe. Time of arrival depends on your country, however you will receive information about the estimated time of arrival of your package.
Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country.
In case of shipments refused upon arrival or unable to be delivered due to unpaid import duties or taxes, all fees (including taxes, return shipments and/or second shipments) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
All sales are final. Shipments are insured for the value of the products, so we guarantee that you will receive a product in a perfect state. In the rare case your package arrives damaged, or there is a problem with the received product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, providing photos of it. We will do our best to solve your issue.
